1. Where will ‘A‘ali‘i be located?

A’ali’i will be located in the heart of Ward Village, surrounded by Aeʻo and Whole Foods Market and the future rail station. Its address will be 987 Queen St.

2. When will ‘A‘ali‘i be brought to market?

‘A’ali’i is currently working through the approval process with the Hawaii Community Development Authority (HCDA). Homes will be brought to market once all necessary approvals are obtained, which we hope will be early to mid-2017.

3. Who is ‘A’ali’i for?

‘A’ali’i is positioned to serve the market of buyers who demonstrated an overwhelming response to our previous projects, Ke Kilohana and Ae‘o. These homes will be priced to appeal to anyone looking for smart, efficient living, with the convenience of living in close proximity to work, shops, services and recreation areas.

4.What type of homes will be offered at ‘A’ali’i?

Under the design plan we have submitted, ‘A’ali’i will include studios, 1- and 2-bedroom homes, along with street side retail spaces for shopping, dining, and neighborhood services.

5. Why the addition of ‘A‘ali‘i to Ward Village?

With continued recognition by the real estate community and public sector that our state is suffering from a lack of housing inventory, we are excited to bring forth a project like ‘A’ali’i that will provide some relief to this need. Locations LLC, a local residential real estate brokerage firm, notes in a recent market report “Historically low inventory and high demand continue to drive prices upward,” said Scott Higashi, President and CEO. Providing a new housing supply in our urban core is severely needed.
