Rycroft Terrace – 1550 Rycroft Street

There is a new affordable conversion project which will come on the market soon involving the landmark Pagoda Hotel.

This Kamaaina hotel is being partially converted into affordable residences by Peter Savio who purchased the land from Kamehameha Schools and who put nearly $2 million into repairs and renovations.

The low-rise portion of 162 units which was called Pagoda Terrace is being sold as the Rycroft Terrace.
