One of the most sophisticated and design-forward towers on O‘ahu, Anaha plans to set a new tone for the evolving architecture of Honolulu.
anaha_01
Located in Honolulu’s most distinguished urban neighborhood and designed by Chicago-based Solomon Cordwell Buenz in partnership with Benjamin Woo Architects, this planned 311-unit building offers a diverse range of sophisticated residences. Beyond the services and amenities of the building, residents of Anaha also have access to all of Ward Village, a master-planned community that offers a wealth of shops, restaurants, entertainment options, and artfully designed public spaces.

Anaha, the Hawaiian phrase for “reflection of light,” aptly describes the building’s brilliant, rolling glass façade, which evokes the rippling waves of the nearby Pacific Ocean.

Anaha’s residents will enjoy a sprawling seventh-floor amenity level that is planned to include an ocean-view pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, tennis courts, library, theater, resident lounges, and children’s play areas, among other amenities. The lushly planted outdoor deck provides a haven where residents and their guests can lounge beneath the shade of trees or swim in a spectacular pool that dramatically cantilevers from the building toward the horizon.

The starting price of a studio unit in Anaha, located at 1108 Auahi St. on the site of the former Pier 1 Imports store, is in the high $400,000s to high $500,000s, while a one-bedroom unit ranges between $600,000 and mid $1 million.

A two-bedroom unit starts in the high $900,000s to more than $2 million, with three-bedroom units ranging from more than $1 million to more than $4 million, and penthouses priced at more than $1 million to $14 million.
